SPA POLICIES

• We recommend that you schedule your spa appointment at least 2 to 3 days in advance so that we can meet your requests. Bridal Parties please book 1 to 2 months in advance
• Tipping, as always, is based upon your discretion. If you enjoyed your service and wish to leave a gratuity, 15% - 20% is considered appropriate.
• As a courtesy to our guests and our therapist and stylists, please give us 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a full charge.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Refer a friend and receive $5 off any salon service
• Gift Cards are available and Mastercard and Visa accepted.
• Allow 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid forfeiture of Gift Card or Package Value.
